Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at lelow.pk. We appreciate your patronage and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following policy to understand our practices regarding refunds and returns.  

1. Returns  

1.1 Eligibility  

We accept returns within 3 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

1.2 Initiation of Return  

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  support@lelow.pkor at Whatsapp +923004453569 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please clearly mark it on the outside of the package.  

1.3 Shipping Cost  

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).  

2. Refunds  

2.1 Eligibility  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

2.2 Processing Time  

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.  

2.3 Non-Refundable Items  

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:  

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  
  • If the customer no longer desires the device or has had a change of mind about their decision.  
  • Returns and refunds can only be requested within the 3-day guarantee period. Once this time frame has lapsed, such requests will not be considered.  
  • If the warranty seal has been tampered with, broken, or is missing.  
  • Certain components of the device are absent, such as the SIM tray, S-Pen, etc.  

Notice:  

A refund is not applicable for a brand-new device, and in case of any issues, customers are required to contact the official service center of the manufacturer. As the warranty for a new device is provided by the main company, all responsibilities for refunds, repairs, or replacements rest with the manufacturer.  

 

3. Exchanges  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team at support@lelow.pkor +923004453569 to obtain an RMA number.  

4. Warranty  

All our products are covered by a limited warranty period. For warranty claims, please refer to our     Warranty Policy.
